What happens if
I miss the deadline to submit my information?

Missing the deadline could result in delays or complications in the audit process and may lead to a suspension of new business activities.

Where is
my data stored? 

Data is stored on Wix and Google secure servers, which benefit from a Content Delivery Network (CDN) with automatic distribution by Google cloud, no user control over server location, data redundancy and backup, and enterprise-grade security.

How long is my data retained?

All audit-related data is retained in compliance with regulatory requirements and Nimble's client data retention policies.

Who has access
to the data?

Access is restricted to Nimble's authorized auditors. Each auditor must use a unique User ID and password, complete a two-step authentication process, and all access is logged and monitored for enhanced security.

What security measures are in place to protect the auditing process?

In addition to two-step authentication and password protection for auditors, we also employ Google network firewalls, intrusion detection systems to ensure the integrity of the auditing process.

Can I request a copy of my audited data?

You may request a copy of the audited data for your records by completing the Subject Request Access form.

How will the audit results be communciated?

Suppliers and vendors will receive an email confirmation along with instructions for any required next steps, usually within six (6) weeks.

How is the data used after the audit is completed?

The data collected during the audit is exclusively used for auditing purposes, securely stored to meet compliance standards, and deleted according to the customer's retention policy.
